Wyoming EHDI eLearning

The Wyoming EHDI's eLearning System offers free, on-line training for providers, practitioners and parents of infants, toddlers and children. The goal of the eLearning System is to raise awareness and understanding of hearing screens for young children.

To view a training, simply create a user account.   An email will be sent to your email address to verify your account.  From there, you are ready to enter the system and view trainings.  Trainings may be viewed on any computer with a fast internet connection and sound. Some trainings require you to take a brief pre and post test.  If you have any questions about EHDI's eLearning System, email:  nanpajak@aol.com.

  • This tutorial offers a general guideline for Early Interventionists working on auditory skill development with Wyoming children who have moderate to profound hearing loss, and who are using cochlear implants and hearing aids.

  • In this six-part tutorial series you will be provided with a basic understanding of immittance screening as a part of the hearing screening protocol in the state of Wyoming. Pre and post-tests will mark the beginning and end of each section, and are designed to assess your familiarity with the material as you progress through the course.

    The use of material provided in these tutorials is limited to, and intended for, individuals who have attended or will attend the Wyoming EHDI Program’s on-site training for providing periodic childhood hearing screenings. It is not intended for use outside of that stated above.
